OUR SERVICES
Carpentry
To name a few: Installation of structures and fixtures including windows and molding. Ability to measure, shape and/or cut wood, plastic, metal and other materials. Construct building frameworks including walls, floors and door-frames. Installation of drywall and cabinets. Build and set forms for footings, walls and slabs, and frame and finish exterior walls, roofs and decks. Frame interior walls, build stairs, crown molding, doors, tile and wood floors.
Painting
Painting includes: Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths and/or plastic to protect surfaces. Remove pictures, doorknobs and switch covers prior to painting. Put up scaffolding and ladders. Fill holes and cracks with putty, plaster or other compounds. Calculate the area of painting and the amount of paint needed. Apply primers and sealers so that the paint will adhere. Apply paint, stains and coatings to interior and exterior walls, new buildings or other structural surfaces-etc.
Plumbing
To include: residential water systems, replacing worn pipes, install pipes and fixtures that carry water, steam, air and other liquids or gases. Maintaining and repairing different types of pipe systems which may include disposing of waste, supplying gas to an oven, or heat and cool buildings. Installation of bathtubs, showers, sinks, toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals and water heaters etc
Electrical
While I only do minimal electrical work, this could include but not limited to: Install and maintain wiring, control and lighting systems. Repair or replace wiring, equipment or fixtures using hand and power tools. Fixing and replacing different parts.
Maintenance
Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and machines, troubleshoot and fix faulty electrical switches. Fixing of plaster and drywall damage. Fix and/or paint roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork and other needed parts-just to name the basics.
